The Leadership School (TLS) is an initiative of Vrushamani Foundation. This Foundation was formed in August 2007, as a Not-for-Profit Organisation, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The main objective of the Foundation is to provide support to financially disadvantaged children, who are otherwise bright and have an above average potential for leadership and academic performance, to realise their full potential.

The students would typically be from a rural background, having studied till 10th grade in government run schools, in spite of which they showed a fairly high academic performance. The applicants to the support program each year are screened using written tests and interviews, with focus on judging their leadership potential. The present annual intake is about 15 boys.
