Our vision is to identify disadvantaged youth with above average potential for leadership, nurture and develop their education, intellect, character and special talents, and transition them to enter society with the ability to make a real difference. We visualise these developed youth with leadership qualities being dispersed into a variety of vocations and institutions, for-profit and not-for-profit, to be catalysts for positive influence and change.
